I am writing in response to your additional inquiry addressed to the Better Business Bureau of Delaware. We appreciate the continued opportunity to assist you on behalf of the Card Services Executive Office.
[~tainted-aura] I regret to hear that you have continued to receive telephone calls. We have thoroughly researched this matter and please allow me to assure you that, we have amended our records to prevent any further phone calls in the future to the telephone number ending in ####. I do regret any inconvenience you may have experienced and the length of time it has taken to fully resolve this matter.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact me. [... blah blah blah contact info here ...]
Sincerely, Gina

For the record, I finally threatened to sue them if the calls didn't stop by Oct. 10th. I was still getting called into early October despite:
- Calling to get my phone number removed in July (They said it would take 1 month)
- Sending a Better Business Bureau complaint in August (I called again to get it removed, 1 more month)
- Receiving a response swearing it was over in September. (She asked for two more days - I got called the day after her two days were up)
It took me a few months, but I don't need to get my phone number changed again.
